From 29 to 31 August, look forward to a Four Hands 4-course lunch and 6-course dinner set menu at Yan Ting in collaboration with Chef Daniel Wong of One MICHELIN Jin Xuan Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, with a menu that showcases forgotten Cantonese cooking techniques.
On 31 August, an elevated dim sum brunch awaits with exclusive items such as the simmered Thai pomelo skin with shrimp mousse and dried shrimp roe sauce; crispy golden crab cake; phoenix tail prawn toast with caviar; and braised pipa beancurd with fish roe.
