DECADENT SNOW SKIN MOONCAKES
Making its debut is the Champagne Truffle with Chocolate Paste (S$73+ per box of 8). Wrapped in a black sesame skin accentuated with hints of gold, this mooncake features a rich bittersweet chocolate paste complete with a truffle bursting with the vibrant taste of champagne.
Yet another new creation is the Green Tea Paste with Almond Flakes Snow Skin Mooncake (S$75+ per box of 8). Here, the subtle flavour of green tea paste is married with the texture of crunchy almond flakes, combining to form a truly delicate creation.
Discerning health-conscious gourmands will also enjoy the Reduced Sugar Green Apple Paste with Macadamia Nut Snow Skin Mooncake (S$75+ per box of 8). In this creation, nutritious macadamia nuts – low in cholesterol and sodium, and high in omega-9 fatty acids – are encased in a paste infused with the refreshing natural aroma of green apple.
Another enticing introduction is the Six Coarse Grains Paste (S$75+ per box of 8), which brings natural earthy flavours to the fore. Incorporating a mélange of delicious grains, this mooncake offers a hearty balance of textures.
A returning favourite is the Pure ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian Indulgence Snow Skin Mooncake (S$118+ per box of 8), featuring rich luscious chunks of the premium-grade majestic tropical fruit, exuding robust flavours and alluring aromas.
TRADITIONAL BAKED MOONCAKES
Yan Ting’s gold-hued mooncake signatures like the Baked Mooncake with White Lotus Paste and Single (S$76+ per box of 4) or Double Yolks (S$79+ per box of 4) continues to grace this Mid-Autumn Festival.
The highly popular White Lotus Paste with Assorted Nuts and Yunnan Ham Baked Mooncake (S$79+ per box of 4) will delight epicureans who fancy the delightful textures and a unique balance of sweet and savoury. Meanwhile, the Reduced Sugar White Lotus Paste with Macadamia Nuts Baked Mooncake (S$72+ per box of 4) is available for those seeking more healthy indulgences.
Finally, for gourmands seeking a truly decadent experience, mooncake lovers can also relish in the White Lotus Paste with Four Yolks (S$108+ per box of 4).
