Indulge in modern flavours of the Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Goose Liver and Smoked Duck ($36.00), filled with exquisite foie gras and fragrant meats like smoked duck and pork belly, enhanced with the complementary assortment of chestnut, salted egg yolk, mushroom and lotus seeds.
Reinventing the crowd favourite is the Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Abalone and Lotus Seeds ($20.00), with succulent abalone and pork belly, delightfully flavoured with salted egg yolk, accompanied with tantalising dried scallops, chestnut, mushrooms and beans.
The Superior Wild Rice and Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Mushrooms and Black Truffle ($16.00) has gained the approval of gourmands seeking a healthier alternative, featuring black rice packed with a variety of carefully selected mushrooms, completed with black truffle.
