Lunar New Year À la Carte Selections
Officiate the occasion with the signature Prosperity ‘Yu Sheng’ with Norwegian Salmon, accompanied by jellyfish, marinated papaya, pomelo, honeydew and snow pear, along with jellyfish, fried egg noodles and crispy salmon skin.
Next, delight in a selection of hearty soups such as Braised Superior Bird’s Nest in Golden Sauce and Double-boiled Abalone Consommé with Maca Root Served in Teapot, followed by main course delicacies such as Stewed Pork Knuckle with Black Moss, Deep-fried Sea Perch Fillet with Spicy Mango Sauce, and Sautéed Prawns with Snow Peas in XO Sauce.
Lunar New Year Set Menus
Discerning epicureans seeking to usher in the New Year with a luxurious reunion dining experience may indulge in one of Yan Ting’s gourmet set menus.
For more intimate gatherings, diners may select from four 6-course set menus priced from S$128.00++ per person, while groups of ten guests and above may select from a choice of set menus beginning at S$1288.00++ per table.

Kindly note that deliveries can only be made to offices and will be delivered on weekdays between 11am and 5pm, delivery is not available on 15 February 2018 and delivery times are subject to change.
